Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email).

You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although its use is not required.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the standard shipping method we offer).
The refund will be issued immediately and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process this refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever comes first.
Returning Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Termination of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs
- Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery
- Goods that were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
- Services, if we have fully performed them and you have expressly agreed that we may begin before the end of the cancellation period
