V2500 Vertical Wind Turbine – 2.5 kW Vertical-Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT) Kit
The V2500 vertical-axis wind turbine is a robust and efficient small-scale wind turbine
designed for residential, commercial, and agricultural applications. With a rotor height of 2.8 m,
a rotor diameter of 2.0 m, and a rated power output of 2500 W
, it delivers reliable energy even in turbulent wind conditions.
The kit contains all mechanical components, such as the vertical rotation axis, permanent-magnet generator,
3 rotor blades, 6 winglets, 6 struts, 6 spacers, stainless steel fasteners, as well as the
documentation required for registration with the grid operator. Electronics are available as an option, depending on the model.
Advantages of the V2500
- 2.5 kW rated power for households of 2–3 people

Theoretical Annual Output
Sample calculation assuming 100% self-consumption and 10% converter loss:
3995 kWh/a × 0.40 €/kWh × 0.9 ≈ 1438 €/year
Note: Actual performance depends heavily on location, topography, and obstacles.
This is not a legally binding performance guarantee.
Important Note on Rotor Size
Only a rotor that is large enough can achieve the specified rated power at actual wind speeds.
Be sure to compare the rotor diameters of different offers.
