Yes, Cab 1 and Cab 4 are ideal for that.
Is it permissible to connect using a Schuko outlet?
Generally speaking, no; for balcony power plants, the VDE recommends the Wieland RST20i3.
Alternatively, the Betteri BC01 is also suitable.
