- For 2–10 standard modules (0.8–5 kW)
- Complete kit, including foundation plan and control system
- max. 3m construction height, for permit-free installation
- Available immediately from the Wremen warehouse
Compared to fixed mounting systems, you generate permanently more energy.
angle of incidence and the north-south altitude of the sun throughout the day are significantly improved.
This way you get significantly more performance from your modules.
Ideal for
- States with 3m max. construction height for freestanding PV systems
- Single-family homes with garden
- smaller ground-mounted systems
- Stand-Alone Systems & Off-Grid Systems
- Research Projects
Fully automatic & low-maintenance
The control is based on GPS and astronomical sun position calculation.
The tracker operates fully automatically and is designed for low-maintenance continuous operation.
Both slew drive and linear actuator have very high wear resistance and aging stability, are self-lubricating, maintenance-free for 25 years, operating temperature range -30°C to +80°C.
No professional maintenance staff is required; if the equipment malfunctions, replacement parts can be installed on-site in no time.
The drive options we offer—with an IP65 protection rating for electronic parts and dual-layer protection for core components (
)—can be used in desert, snow/ice, and underwater projects.
The structure consists of hot-dip galvanized steel (≥65µm galvanization) with high strength and good corrosion resistance and can be installed in coastal areas.

Customer Testimonials
“My initial feedback: Great product! Everything has turned out a bit bigger and more substantial than I had originally imagined. … But now that it’s almost finished, I’m glad I chose your product over cheaper alternatives, because it’s massive, sturdy, and makes a very solid impression.”
— Roland Kaunzner, Hungary“With the XL-POWERTracker we achieved over 50% more yield in annual comparison. Installation was easier
than expected.”
— Heinrich, R. Farmer from NRW“Robust, reliable, and perfect for our off-grid test facility.”

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How much more electricity does the PV tracker generate compared to a fixed system?
A: Depending on location and season, the additional yield compared to an optimally south-facing fixed installation is approx. 25% to 45%. Especially in the morning and evening hours, the additional performance is enormous.
Q: What happens during a storm or extreme weather?
A: The system is equipped with an automatic wind sensor. If the wind speed exceeds a defined threshold, the control system immediately moves the tracker into a flat, horizontal position to minimize its wind resistance.
Q: Do I need a building permit to install it?
A: In many states and regions, small ground-mounted systems up to a certain construction height are permit-free. We nevertheless recommend a brief consultation with the responsible local building authority.
