2-Axis PV Solar Tracker – Up to 50% Higher Energy Yield

Maximum performance thanks to automatic two-axis solar tracking. Robust, storm-resistant, and ideal for
agriculture, commercial use, and off-grid projects.

  • +30–50 % increase in PV output thanks to precise tracking
  • Storm-proof emergency position up to 40 m/s
  • For 2–8 standard modules (0.8–4 kW)
  • Complete kit, including foundation plan and control system
  • Available immediately from the Wremen warehouse

Why a 2-axis PV tracker?

The POWERTracker automatically aligns your PV modules with the optimal position of the sun. Compared to
fixed mounting systems, you’ll generate more energy over the long term.

Up to 30–50 % higher energy yield

Precise tracking along two axes optimizes the angle of sunlight throughout the day.
Here’s how to get significantly more power out of your modules—especially in changing weather conditions.

Ideal for

  • Farms
  • Commercial Applications
  • Stand-Alone Systems & Off-Grid Systems
  • Research Projects
  • Private ground-mounted solar systems

Fully automatic & low-maintenance

The control system is based on GPS and astronomical sun position calculations. The tracker operates fully automatically
and is designed for low-maintenance, continuous operation.

The swivel bearings are made of UHMW-PE, a material with very high wear resistance and resistance to aging; they are self-lubricating and maintenance-free for 25 years.

No professional maintenance staff is required; if the equipment malfunctions, replacement parts can be installed on-site in no time.

The drive options we offer feature an IP65 rating for electronic components and dual-layer protection for core components, making them suitable for use in desert and water-based projects.

The structure is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which offers high strength and good corrosion resistance, and can be installed in coastal areas.

Customer Testimonials

“My initial feedback: Great product! Everything has turned out a bit bigger and more substantial than I had originally imagined. … But now that it’s almost finished, I’m glad I chose your product over cheaper alternatives, because it’s massive, sturdy, and makes a very solid impression.”
— Roland Kaunzner, Hungary

“We’ve achieved over 50% higher yields with the XL Tracker compared to last year. Installation was easier
than expected.”
— Heinrich, R., farmer from North Rhine-Westphalia

“Robust, reliable, and perfect for our off-grid test facility.”
— Research project, University of H…

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How much more electricity does the PV tracker generate compared to a fixed system?

A: Depending on the location and time of year, the increase in output compared to a fixed installation optimally oriented toward the south is approximately 30% to 50%. The increase in output is particularly significant during the morning and evening hours.

Q: What happens during a storm or extreme weather?

A: The system is equipped with an automatic wind sensor. If the wind speed exceeds a defined threshold, the control system immediately moves the tracker into a flat, horizontal position to minimize its wind resistance.

Q: Do I need a building permit to install it?

A: In many federal states and regions, small ground-mounted systems up to a certain height do not require a permit. We recommend checking with the relevant local building authority.
